This chef’s knife is characterized by a dropped spine, a gently curved cutting edge, a slightly shorter neck, and a handle that is parallel to the cutting surface for a more natural hold. The spine and choil are rounded, and the blade has a satin hand-sanded finish. The synthetic tortoiseshell handle has a lovely translucency.
